Donc, pentru ca top spoturi romanesti nu e de unde pentru ca "n-a vrut clientul" (dupa cum vedeti pe strada a fost anul outdoor-urilor neconventionale cu produse in relief), urmeaza topul personal de albume in care am trisat de doua ori, punand doua EP-uri.

4. fryars-the ides
5. the black kids- wizards of ahhhs
Domnii care au absolvit si un Harvard de la Pitchfork propun aici cum stiu ei mai bine.

In acea dimineata in care soarele in hanorac nu-rave le trimitea oamenilor odata cu razele sale calde si cate un tablou de Klimt, lamaiul Victor isi dezmorti vasele de lemn si apasa din nou play pe piesa aceea de la Boards Of Canada pe care isi punea frunzele sa danseze si sa joace verde-stop de fiecare data. Ceva parca nu era la fel si lamaiul incerca sa descopere ce. Se uita la verdele sau si si-l verifica atent, era acelasi cod Pantone pe care-l stia pe de rost. Analiza apa pe care a primit-o aseara in ghiveci, oxigenul era atat cat ii trebuia sa-si mentina tulpina la fel de viguroasa ca a modelului de pe coperta lucioasei Chic Citric. Trist, Victor isi trase PowerBook-ul in fata si incepu sa butoneze random fara sa se gandeasca la ce face. Din joaca in joaca dadu search pe Google dupa cel mai trippat site romanesc. Ciudat dar i se dadu un rezultat, apasa curios si boing! ce vazu acolo il facu sa-si dea seama ca era chiar ceea ce-l nelinistea atunci. Uimit de ilustratiile pe care le parcurgea cu privirea, lamaiul ajunse intr-un loc in care creatorul...II MULTUMEA. LUI. Avu un frison, si, fara sa stie cum, de pe una din ramurile lui, scapa jos...o portocala.
Miracolul e chiar AICI. Cei din spatele lui sunt Adrian si Simon (care va ajunge si el un lamai intr-o buna zi).

It's interesting that almost all of the labels are relatively new ventures, with the number of releases on some no more than a handful. But it's the high quality level of that output that has landed the labels here, not the size of its discography - the obvious exception Cold Blue, which has been gracing listeners with marvelous music for a good many years.

2007 Soma Records. Wistful and atmospheric, its desire to find the organic in electronic music is a commonality he shares. The melodies slowly unfold, swinging in and out of phase and he even layers on some vocals giving a voice, if not a face, to the name. The soundtrack to the last moments of summer we never had. Martin Wheeler knows the difference between retro and revisionism and manages to come up with a record that is sensitive to its twenty year conception. 'Afterglow' might not be the most original thing you'll hear this year but as a good, old fashioned electronic treat you couldn't really ask for more. Electronica/ Downtempo

in drumul lor zilnic catre salam, doua fete frumoase au gasit niste blana. Blana se distra intr-o curte primitoare si incalzita de cateva zeci bune de calorifere, unde oameni buni si cu parul balai o alintau cu oase de prima mana. Doar ca fetele au bagat-o in buzunarul blugilor cu model clasic si au adus-o in randul asociatilor. Blana, Caisa sau Miroslava pe numele ei de fata (vedem), este ok, la fel si noi. Mai departe, ne incredem in puterea internetului. Multumim stomacului ca ne scoate mereu din birou, orelor de atletism din tinerete ce ne sar lesne garduri, precum si sarbatorilor de iarna pentru ca ne fac, cum altfel decat, buni.

1995 Tricky - Maxinquaye (Island label). English rapper, writer and producer Adrian Thaws has been known as Tricky since he roughed up bits of Massive Attack's milestone 1991 LP Blue Lines. On his debut, Maxinquaye, he introduces an abrasive mix of animated beauty and technological skank. Working with the perfectly empathetic teen-age singer Martine, Tricky devours everything - from American hip-hop and soul to reggae and the more melancholic strains of '80s British rock like the Cure and PIL - to assemble a mercurial style of dance music that immediately finds its own fast feet. He's a scavenger with the formal acuity of a scientist. Trip-Hop/ Electronica.

A teacher working after hours in Roxbury, CT barricaded herself in a classroom and called in the police in force when she heard three teenagers (including the school custodian) performing a karaoke version of Guns N Roses's "Welcome to the Jungle" (Welcome to the jungle/You're gonna die") and mistook it for a death threat. The kids thought they were alone in the building.

His first tracks were made mostly by sampling methods. And until now he prefers sampling to cold digital sound synthesis. Roma Litvinov denies considering himself as strictly electronic producer, thinking that contemporary artist should use all available resources. He takes electronic music production as an opportunity to break digital composing stereotypes, creating eclectic music from almost acoustic jazz and pseudo symphonic music to experimental clicks'n'cuts, microsampling, glitch tech.

2007, Domino label. After 15 years of a cloud of home-made Theremins and a shared love of Krautrock, Pram make truly independent music full of 'mysterious, dream-like textures'. The ninth LP has a ever-evolving sound might best be described as ambient avant pop, but that ignores the almost metaphysical magic of their muse. The Moving Frontier is their sweetest for some time, a moody and lush, percussive-heavy mesh of delicate orchestral arrangements and flickering electronica. Vocalist Rosie Cuckston's reedy tones may be an acquired taste, but there's still much to admire in these noir-ish, dreamlike soundscapes.

Dupa un gig superb dat de Kissogram acum cateva saptamani (care ar fi meritat spatiul din Fabrica), filiera berlineza (Respekt Und Gratulation) ne aduce la OCS o cantareata din specia melancolicei PJ Harvey. Sa indraznim oare sa speram la un Stereo Total la un moment dat?

Take Away Show e un concept de music performance fabulos, filmat in Paris, care prezinta in toata splendoarea ei acea idee conform careia muzica e o bucurie simpla, fara nevoia unui timp sau spatiu destinat pentru a fi savurata. Mai sus aveti exemplul Beirut, a carui muzica se pliaza perfect peste scenariul show-ului, dar pe site gasiti alti zeci de artisti cantand in locuri atat de neSala Palatului. Se pare ca Take Away Show a inspirat niste oameni de peste Canalul Manecii, care au inceput sa produca ceva asemanator, la fel de demn de vizionat.

ca tot vorbeam de aparitii ce nu trebuie sa lipseasca din sertarul romanesc.

"Subliminal Crush is a project that combines the stop motion animation made by Vasile Alboiu and music by Romanian sound artist 'yvat'. The project consists in 5 video clips of stop motion animation made using clay, plastic, foam and other less ordinary stuff combined with electronic music. Each video has a different approach, both with regard to the music and the video part, but nevertheless the common feature unifying these is the fact that the music makes use of analog devices exclusively, rejecting any computer processing or sound, while the video is appealing at traditional ways in making video-as graphics and stop motion techniques-thus, both parts are much compliant with traditional ways of art, still embracing a genuine, newly and modern concept. This mix between music and animation creates an exclusive artistic event and use of classic methods gives the distinctive touch of this particular project."

Dupa Iliescu, cea mai exploziva aparitie in blogosfera a facut-o venerabilul Petre. Pentru toti cei care au auzit la el in emisiune de "si acum, trupa Nirvana din Germania", un moment induiosator.

pe scurt: bastanii au cumparat terenul de langa gradina zoologica sa faca un cartier de vile de lux, iar apoi au sunat la ZOO sa intrebe cand se muta animalele, ca deh, nu pot sta nas in nas cu jaguari sinucigasi.

Asian Underground: "a dancehall aristocracy of mostly South Asian DJs, producers, dub artists and instrumentalists who seem bent on completely transforming the U.K. dance-music scene into a welter of wildly various and pan-ethnic influences: bhangra, dub, ragga, funk, speed-rap and metal, even surf guitar and classical Hindustani music all get thrown into the stew, and the result is thick, spicy and delicious". Da, am fost si eu la Noze. Da, am stat un an la poarta, in frig, sa intru. Da, am vazut puhoiul, mii de BTL-isti in camasi albe impingandu-se la bar pentru un uischi moka. Oameni urati, toti batranii publicitatii, tot client service-ul din lume si toti creativii lui peste. Am vazut grase pe tocuri, tzatze imbatate,"artisti" contemporani, clubberi, pafariste ce mestecau cu gura deschisa, dar si oameni ok impinsi de val sa vada minunea. Intr-adevar locusorul era dragut (camera deschisa dupa 12), chiar si subnutritele ce pazeau un spider pe care era tapetat J&B le-as fi trecut cu vederea, dar, mai copii, ce fel de eveniment mai e si asta? Sa chemi Noze (tin sa precizez ca MAXIM 5% din populatie venise pentru sau auzise macar de ei), sa faci intrare moka (vraja mare aia cu SMS-ul), bautura mokaa si loc cool? Pai, mai copii, NORMAL ca o sa-ti vina toti cretinii si toate lipitorile ca sa se imbete si sa dea din buci. Ok, garderoba plina in prima juma' de ora, coada la bar mai ceva ca la ajutoarele pentru sinistrati, parfumuri imbibate in transpiratia biroului, un val de oameni sinistri si plini de importanta. M-a dezgustat ce am vazut acolo si vreau sa fie foarte clar: voi astia de ati organizat acest masacru ...sunteti PROSTI, BAH!!!
Pe de alta parte, eu m-am tirat la Yazee la Fabrica (photo), unde m-am delectat cu cateva concerte live f ok. Tin sa-l felicit pe Djahz, care, impreauna cu L'orchestre de Roche au fabricat un jam session de toata frumusetea. Felicitari.
